Templates

Whether you're a professional graphic designer or just savvy with PowerPoint, we've put together these template resources to help you build beautiful mail.

About the working templates

Each of these templates have been designed to provide you with the necessary assets to design and create Your Big Mail Project. When you open the documents, they are most likely layered with the template guidelines. These guidelines are set up for you to easily turn on/off.

Adobe Creative Suite:
To access these layers in the specific program:

  • InDesign
    • Window > Layers
  • Illustrator
    • Window > Layers
  • Photoshop
    • Window > Layers

In the Microsoft Platform, it is recommended to use PowerPoint to create your artwork for postcards and Word to create your letters.

Word
This template is set up for you to type directly in the document and have a realistic approach to what your letter will look like. You can add images and customize your type based on your desired look and feel. It is recommended to not adjust the margins or the header/footer, as it may produce inaccurate mailer results.

PowerPoint
This template has been laid out for you to see the boundaries and limitations on where you can put your images and content.
